Members’ Booking

Welcome to the member ticketing page for Edinburgh Zoo

Your visit will be different to normal as we take measures to ensure the safety of our visitors, staff and animals. For the latest visitor information, please visit our FAQ page before booking your tickets and remember to check the Scottish Government guidance for the City of Edinburgh Council area.

Members must book tickets for timeslots before 2pm at weekends and during the school holidays - please check the RZSS member section of our FAQ page for full details of exceptions for members and guests.

After 2pm or anytime during weekdays outside of school holidays, members do not have to book a timeslot and can buy member guest tickets on arrival, preferably paying by card. Just show proof of membership and give your details in order to comply with the Scottish Government's Test and Protect scheme. (This was previously 1pm when were were on winter hours. We are now on our later opening hours and last entry is 5pm.)

If you are a prepaid ticket holder (including admission vouchers, corporate tickets or adopter tickets), you must book your tickets on our main ticketing site.

Please note children 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult when visiting Edinburgh Zoo.

Please check our website to make sure we are open before travelling.

Your Gift Aid Declaration
Gift Aid

If you are a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid allows you to significantly increase the value of your donation to us without you having to pay a penny more

For every £1 you donate, we can claim an additional 25p from the taxman.

I would like the RZSS to reclaim the tax on this donation from me and my immediate family. I confirm I have paid or will pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year. I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify. I would also like to Gift Aid all donations I have made to the RZSS in the last four years and all donations in the future until I notify you otherwise.
